As we normally print from a customer supplied image so it is impossible for us to check and confirm copyright. Therefor its the customer who is giving us the right and permission to print. You as a customer must have that right and polypix takes no part in proving or dis-proving copyright and copyright issues.

If you supply Polypix with an image you must have permission to use it. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights of images selected from the Polypix gallery remain with the artist, photographer or other proven Copyright owner, even after you buy the original work.

Purchase of any goods from Polypix does not grant you any right other than that of ownership of the product.

Polypix Terms and Conditions of trading

All purchases made from Polypix will be regulated by these terms and conditions. It is important that you read them thoroughly before making any purchase. Please note that your use of our Site or placing an order constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

Privacy Policy
Polypix are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose anyinformation to a third party and do not send any marketing materials to any customers who order. The information that we collect about you and is that given by you at the time of placing your order is stored in accordance with the data protection act.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for filling out the required information completely and accurately. Extra care should be taken and very specific instructions listed when giving special instructions. Polypix is not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect customer instructions. The consumer shall at all times be treated as having a duty thoughout the period of the order

1. to retain possession of the goods and
2. to take reasonable care of them.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made by personal cheque, money order or via the lmpsport secure website using your credit or debit card. The production process only starts once cleared funds are accepted.

Limitation on Liability
Polypix is NOT responsible for errors resulting from customer's failure to communicate specific desired instructions. If an error is on the part of Polypix, our liability is limited to redoing the job to your satisfaction. Polypix packages all orders carefully and is cannot be held liable for damage to products while being shipped.

Inappropriate Content.
Polypix reserve the rights not to print any canvas where they believe the content is inappropriate.

Disclaimer
Polypix cannot accept responsibility for copyright infringements on artwork submitted to them for enlargement and reproduction. Customers are requested to seek copyright permissions for any image submitted which may require such permissions.

Delivery
Delivery is normally within 7 days of reciept of cleared funds. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only, and although Polypix makes every effort to dispatch on time, we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time. Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods have been delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damages then pass to you.

Pricing
Polypix retains the right to modify the prices from time to time and to remove offers without notice.

Product Specification
Polypix makes every effort to supply the goods as shown/advertised, but reserves the right to supply goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications. Please Note: COLOUR AND APPEARANCE OF IMAGES AND FRAMES MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE WAY THEY APPEAR ON THE SCREEN.

Cancellations
As each order is produced specially, once payment has been cleared and the production process started orders cannot becancelled. If however you are aware of a problem with the order you have placed please contact us as soon as possible so we are aware.

Returns
At Polypix we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, other than the image you supplied contact us and we will send you our returns documentation. Should goods prove to be defective in any way, Polypix will at its discretion either replace the goods without charge or refund the price of the goods and delivery if relevant.
