I received the Shearer Canvas on Friday as promised by Simon. I feel I must congratulate your company for a job very well done. Every contact with Impsport was a perfect, positive experience. It is very rare, unfortunately, to receive such a high level of service at every level.

Please pass on my gratitude to Simon Green, a true professional, who was always happy to discuss my order by telephone and e-mail with a "nothings a problem attitude". Simon did everything possible to accommodate even tracking down the missing original picture that was posted eleswhere.

I'm not easily pleased, a real Victor Meldrew. I have spent almost 450k over the last 12 months and I didn't receive anything close to this level of service. Please accept this email as genuine expression of my appreciation and will of course recommend you to others.
